Location: Hoofddorp
- Lead the pre-sales activities for warehouse automation projects across Europe, including customer requirement analysis, site surveys, data analysis, business process assessment, solution design, layout planning, and solution comparison.
- Take ownership of technical solution development throughout the sales cycle and provide consultancy to customers on warehouse automation concepts and best practices.
- Participate in tender and bidding activities by preparing technical proposals, bid documentation, and commercial support materials.
- Review and respond to tender specifications, provide technical clarifications, and present proposed solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate customer requirements and feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements in products and solutions.
- Support detailed engineering activities after project award and provide technical support during commissioning, testing, and project acceptance phases.
- Act as the key technical interface among Sales, Project Delivery, R&D, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
